AEMS sets the new standard for bespoke product innovation and development by combining industry expertise, technology and lean manufacturing to take novel ideas from concept to market.

Lan Pasciak worked for 15 years in public accounting for Ernst & Young LLP where she led large scale projects (100M+) with several Fortune 100 companies including AT&T and Constellation Energy. She has since left public accounting to pursue her own highly successful business ventures and is a skilled entrepreneur. Currently, she serves as CEO of several successful businesses in the health, wellness and beauty space including PurelifeBiotics and Apricity Enterprises Manufacturing Solutions (AEMS).

Alexander Pasciak MD, PhD leads the AEMS product research and development team and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Through this role, he has collaborated with numerous brands to design innovative products to meet their specific needs.  He has led a formulary and manufacturing process transformation at AEMS to greatly expand mass scale production with unprecedented product quality.

Dr. Pasciak received a MS and PhD in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MD from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Prior to his engagement in entrepeneurship, he spent nearly 15 years focusing on medical research where he made numerous academic contributions, including development of a new targeted therapy for brain cancer which currently has IND approval by the FDA. Given his background in engineering, medicine and research, Dr. Pasciak is aptly suited to lead up our team's R&D efforts and to help design the perfect product for our clients.
